Our client
A multinational manufacturing company is looking for a regional legal counsel.
- Working as business partner to provide legal and compliance support for the business in Southeast countries as in-house counsel
- Supporting the M&A activities in the region
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and effect changes to the organization so as to be aligned with the regulator
- Legal and compliance trainings for colleagues
Recognized law school with LLB degree and admission to local bar a must, LLM made from overseas reputable law school is a plus and preferred.
At least 5 years of PQE with working experience accumulated from both reputable law firm and in house
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Mature and can work independently with minor supervision, self-motivated and willing to work hard under pressure.
Sound communication and presentation skills and true team player.
