Job Description

: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Network Manager to oversee the optimisation of our logistics network and facilities across multiple markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our logistics facilities are strategically located, efficient, and cost-effective, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, the Logistics Network Manager will play a key role in sourcing and negotiating leasing contracts for logistics facilities, and developing best practices in budgeting and facilities management. Lead the design and optimisation of our logistics network across multiple markets to ensure they are efficient and cost-effective, with a focus on network planning, urban planning, and real estate considerations Source and negotiate leasing contracts for logistics facilities, ensuring favourable terms and conditions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy can be translated into pragmatic actions and is well executed Monitor facility budgets and expenses, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency Develop and implement facility maintenance programs and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and company policies Develop and implement best practices for logistics network and facilities management to drive operational excellence, including budgeting and facilities management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all network and facility-related activities and expenses Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field 5+ years of experience in urban planning, real estate, logistics network and facilities management or related fields, preferably with exposure to multiple markets in Asia Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate trade-offs and make well-rounded decisions Excellent negotiation and real estate leasing skills. Able to build a strong understanding of each market\'s real estate landscape and partner with local teams to negotiate favourable terms Experience in network planning and facilities management software and tools is preferred but not necessary Some travel is required as this is a regional role Ability to work in a dynamic and impact-driven environment
