A Snapshot of Your Day

In the role as a Regional Product Development Manager for Steam Turbines (COC), you will be the COC-contact person within the Asia region for several countries for all customer and regional enquiries related to steam turbine overhauls, repairs, modifications and technical studies. We are searching for an experienced Sales professional with extensive experience in Turbomachines/Industrial Steam Turbines. He/she will certainly bring most added-value to our Region in Asia and push forward our STG-business accordingly in order to further grow our STG-business in Asia Pacific.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

\xc2\xb7 You will shape the co-development and implementation of sales strategies and targets in the respective area of responsibility in order to achieve the targets. You will plan the country strategy together with the regional sales colleagues, manage and drive projects and generate growth for the respective steam turbine fleet. You win projects from customers, fill the project pipeline and exceed customer expectations.

\xc2\xb7 Due to your proximity to the market, you provide important information, generate market analyses also responsible for the budgeting and reporting process in the respective area, building a strong network of stakeholders within the marketplace

\xc2\xb7 You achieve sustainable growth in the service business on Steam Turbines within AP region

\xc2\xb7 You are responsible for planning and reporting of incoming orders and/or sales for the respective area of responsibility

\xc2\xb7 You support active customer acquisition and conduct customer visits with the regional sales team as a Centre of Competence representative for a closer partnership and participate in customer seminars.

\xc2\xb7 You are responsible for the preparation of quotations, as well as the processing of orders in the area of steam turbine service (handling as a Project Manager)

\xc2\xb7 Handling tenders and negotiating them in cooperation with the involved technical experts as well as the management

\xc2\xb7 Confident in dealing with calculations and pricing, taking into account financial ratios

What You Bring

\xc2\xb7 You have a Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or industrial engineering or equivalent and have relevant, long-term experience in the energy market. Additional knowledge of turbomachinery is an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the energy market - additional knowledge of steam turbines is an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Inner drive to proactively drive projects internally and externally to meet customer expectations

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills to represent company and customer interests during negotiations, internal project discussions and facilitation of internal/external meetings

\xc2\xb7 Decisiveness to be accountable for country results in terms of financials, customer satisfaction, and growth

\xc2\xb7 Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region Asia Pacific

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and written skill in English, additional languages like German are an advantage
