Air Liquide Malaysia is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager who will be based in Petaling Jaya and is responsible for leading and optimizing the growth of our existing partners in core markets, delivering New Product Introduction goals & metrics and also to map, target, propose, and build frontier market(s). This may include channel restructuring or segmentation.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
To lead and optimize the growth of our existing partners in core markets, delivering New Product Introduction goals & metrics.
To map, target, propose, and build frontier market(s).This may include channel restructuring or segmentation.
To develop regional strategy/market development plans.
To establish a schedule to monitor channel partner activity and forecasts systematically.
To identify risk, develop long-term and mid-term strategies and anticipate the commercial & regulatory landscape and make recommendations to stakeholders.
Ability to deliver product training to channel partners sales team in a clinical/professional manner.
Are you a MATCH?
Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Pharmaceutical is preferable or equivalent in any discipline..
Minimum 5 Years experience in commercial roles for Healthcare
Strategic marketing and/or Sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
Strong business acumen, innovative, result oriented and self motivator.
