About the company: The company main business is to develop and provide high quality accounting software as well as other business applications to small and medium sized enterprises as well as some large organizations including multinational companies and public listed companies. As of today, the company\'s software for Accounting, Point of Sale and Payroll have been the preferred choices of most SMEs in the region, are used by approximately 200,000 businesses and companies from various industries, with approximately 250 authorized dealers in the regions respectively. Office location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya Role summary: The company is planning to penetrate new markets in multiple countries such as INDO, TH, VN, PH, the regional manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation for these countries, and to develop the business strategies to drive revenue growth. They are seeking an experienced Regional Manager with a strong background in the software-related industry to oversee our operations in multiple countries within a specified region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams across different geographies, driving business growth in the software industry, and achieving operational excellence. The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with the company\'s objectives and goals. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies and plans that support the company\'s objectives and goals in the software industry
• Ensure operational excellence and efficiency across multiple countries in the region
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones in the software industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors in the software industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of activities across different functions and geographies
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the region in the software industry
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to country managers and other team members in the software industry
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with the market in the software industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of managing teams across different geographies in the software industry
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities in the software industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the software industry
• Experience in managing budgets, financial targets, and P&L statements in the software industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the software industry
• Ability to travel frequently within the region
