Plan, schedule and implement road maintenance works;
Liaising with JKR Divisional level on road maintenance activities;
Monitor sub-contractors' and suppliers' performance to ensure all works done are complied with set deadline, and quality, occupational safety, health and environmental requirements;
Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness and recommend work methods, resources, maintenance strategy to ensure improved performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);
Minimum 7 years working experience in Road Maintenance or Construction;
Well verse with Road Management and Maintenance System;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application & Project Management Software;
Have knowledge of REAM technical requirements relating to road works and slope;
Need to know and keep abreast with procurement policies and procedures, IMS requirements, GLOA policies, fundamental HSE regulations and procedures.
