Job description
Main Responsibility:
- Leading a group direct sales agent by embed best practices from infant stage and develop the team towards desire culture set by company.
- Customize, develop and implement new strategies such as recruiting plan, new agent & leader training modules, performance management plan, weekly & monthly monitoring process to ensure the direct sales agent meeting expectation set by management.
- Plan and strategies all resources internally & externally such as digital platform to assist direct sales agent meeting sales target.
- Plan and conduct recruiting activity by using customize selection tool to identify talents
- At least 3 years experience in Insurance/ Agency related field and familiar with sales
- Result driven, able to achieve targets assigned and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationship with agencies and management
- Ability to converse in Mandarin
