Job Description
Responsible to achieve production, recruitment and advisor activation target set by the Management Responsible to develop, sustain and expend the efficient of agency at respective region Effective communication with agency force on company\'s directives, rules and regulations, contract continuance, awards, and recognition program Initiate and organize sales events, workshops, seminars, trainings, and roadshows to improve agency activity and productivity Assist the company in resolving customer complaints that are related to the agency force\'s conducts Job Requirement: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years\' working experience in Agency Development. Full-Time position(s) available. Working location: Johor Bahru Branch Required Skill: Communication skill Product knowledge Sales ideas, planning, advising, handling objection, persuasive Data extraction from Microsoft Excel.
