Job Description


The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts across the designated region. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative vision, and strong leadership skills to effectively promote our water metering solutions in diverse markets. Job Responsibilities Develop comprehensive regional marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives. Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and targets for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and materials. Develop and maintain brand guidelines for the region. Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize messaging and adapt campaigns to regional preferences and regulations. Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation. Utilize a mix of online and offline channels, including digital marketing, events, advertising, and PR. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI. Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth within the region. Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts. Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and presentations to facilitate customer engagement and sales pitches. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and industry partners. Organize customer events, seminars, and workshops to foster engagement and knowledge sharing. Gather feedback from customers and market insights to drive product development and improvement initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve regional objectives. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to creativity and innovation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the B2B or industrial sector. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams and projects. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
