Who are we looking for?We are looking for an intuitive and energetic individual to join our Regional Operations Team. The position will be expected to contribute to aid in problem solving, ideation, project management and implementation of key initiatives, to improve our key operational metrics relating to our Transaction Operations. You will be reporting to the Regional Lead of Transaction.Your Day-to-Day1. Assist in monitoring the day-to-day metrics of transaction operations. 2. Churn out actionable data sets from metrics and derive insights and hypotheses. 3. Assist in project managing initiatives, from requirement scoping, managing stakeholders, all the way to execution.4. Assist in performance and project reporting to the Chief Business Officer. 5. Assist in administrative matters including but not limited to, processing payment documentations, minute reporting and presentation deck preparation.Your Know-How (Requirement)1. Internship duration of 3 months and above is preferred.2. Sufficient proficiency in data analytics tool, i.e. Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Redash, SQL, Tableau, etc..3. Proficiency in Google AppSheet environment is highly desired.4. Currently studying in any of the following fields: IT, Business Management, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.5. Ability to converse confidently in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an added advantage.
