Job Details:
Position: Regional Payroll Operations Lead
Company Industry: Global Educational Organization
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0800 to 1700)
Working Location: Wisma Golden Eagle Realty 142C, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewal/conversation to permanent based on performance )
Remuneration: Basic RM8,000 to RM15,000 (based on skills and experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Bachelor\'s degree in related discipline
• Experience of reviewing and improving payroll operations processes and practices.
• Expertise/Experience of payroll operations across several countries in the region, including designing tools, processes and procedures.
• Has worked in a multinational organization, with varied cultures and nationalities
• Experience leading payroll staff
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills and initiative
• Good English communication skills
• Prior working experience in shared service/manage service

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a sustainable and risk mitigated payroll operations in the region.
• Setting up and managing an efficient and effective payroll operations function across the region of 14 countries in East Asia
• Lead the alignment of processes and platforms to achieve integration to other HR and non-HR platforms
• Lead the continuous improvement of processes for better, faster payroll operations.
• Implement the regional payroll operations strategy in the region. This will include the review of the existing delivery model and practices to ensure compliance, efficiency, and accuracy
• System use : SAP SuccessFactors
• Lead a team of senior payroll and payroll analyst managing total headcount of 2000++
