Job Description

As a Regional Payroll Services Manager - BPO, you'll lead payroll and benefits operations for global clients. You'll manage a fully remote team, serve as the key escalation point for complex payroll issues, and drive process improvements across multiple countries-all from the comfort of your remote workspace.

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

8-10 years of experience in payroll, must be from BPO environments
Proven experience managing clients and leading teams
Strong command of English and ability to read/write in Mandarin / Japanese is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Experience managing regional payroll (e.g., Singapore, Japan, or other countries) is an added advantage
