Regional Payroll Specialist (APAC)
Job description

- Be responsible for efficient and timely processing of employee\'s monthly payroll run and services related to payroll
- Account for payroll reporting, payroll posting and analysis
- Provide payroll-related support and information to the key stakeholders, finance team and other departments when required
- Support the vendor contract renewal and payment process
- Be involved in improvement and ad hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Accounting or any related field
- At least 4 years\' experience in HR with specialisation in payroll
- Knowledge in APAC payroll regulations, social insurance requirements and tax implications
- Possesses strong analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills
- Possesses excellent attention to detail, self-starter, quick learner, independent and team player with ability to drive initiatives and change
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Effective analytical and problem solving with the ability to manage international stakeholders
- Ability to read, write & speak other languages especially Chinese is an added advantage
