Handling end-to-end payroll vendor selection RFP process in the APAC region
Liaise with all relevant statutory bodies, e.g., income tax, government tax
Responsible for monthly statutory submission
Generate all payroll-related reports and employees' pay-slips/tax forms, verification, and distribution
Prompt handling of employees' inquiries pertaining to payroll-related matters such as medical and insurance claims
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of the company
Job Requirements:
At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
Hands-on working experience in payroll software applications (e.g., Syncpay, Easypay, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, SAP Human Capital Management Payroll, Workday, Oracle)
Basic knowledge of payroll-related statutory/legal requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
