to join our Industrial Division team. In this role, you will play a key part in
delivering technical training, product expertise, and application support
across the Asia Pacific region. You will empower our sales and service teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to deliver exceptional results to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Application Support
Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical and application support for industrial products and solutions across the region.
Serve as a technical advisor and product advocate, offering expert guidance to internal teams and customers.
Collaborate with global product teams to share market insights, quality feedback, and improvement ideas.
Support customer-facing activities such as product demonstrations, seminars, webinars, and consultations.
2. Training & Knowledge Development
Plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive product and application training for internal teams and external partners.
Identify training needs and create engaging materials -- presentations, videos, manuals, and case studies.
Conduct both in-person and online training sessions aligned with global training programs.
Maintain and manage demo and training equipment to ensure smooth delivery.
3. Product Management & Market Engagement
Support new product launches through effective knowledge transfer and regional rollout training.
Develop and localize marketing and technical content, including FAQs, application notes, and white papers.
Gather customer feedback and competitor insights to support continuous product and market improvement.
Partner with regional sales and marketing teams to strengthen product positioning and customer engagement.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in
Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
or a related field.
Minimum
3 years' experience
in a
Technical Support, Product Specialist, or Training role
, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, F&B, chemical, or pharmaceutical environments.
Hands-on understanding of
technical equipment, automation, and control systems
.
Knowledge of
PLC communication protocols (Fieldbus, TCP/IP, Analog & Digital signals)
and
automation/instrumentation systems (sensors, transmitters, weighing solutions)
is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with
MS SQL, C#, C++
, and basic PC/network troubleshooting is preferred.
Strong presentation and communication skills in
English
(Mandarin or other Asian languages is an added advantage).
Customer-oriented, analytical, and results-driven with a passion for continuous learning.
Willing to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
Possess a valid driving license.
