About the role: Grab Sales Operations Team is looking for a Sales Compensation Manager to design and implement Sales Incentive Plans across Grab Teams. This role will work closely with People Rewards, HR, Regional and Country Sales Leadership and Country Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment of Sales Incentive Plans with business objectives. We\'re looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, thought leadership, business acumen and the ability to shift between the high-level picture and detailed operations seamlessly If you\'re excited and curious about the opportunities in working on Sales Compensation planning and execution, we\'d definitely like to speak to you. As the Sales Compensation Manager in the Sales Operations team You will be an integral member of the regional team based in Malaysia/Indonesia to drive company objectives with sales operational excellence You will be a Key contributor in developing and implementing sales compensation plans across APAC markets. Own the sales compensation plan design, simulations, training, participant support, attainment calculation and payout management. Track sales compensation plans results to ensure alignment to overall business goals and best market practices while partnering with Data Analytics team to drive compliant tracking of metrics Collaborate with local Commercial leaders and sales operations to ensure target setting process is aligned with sales incentive quotas and policies Ability to orchestrate workflows, streamline processes, develop operational efficiencies, and provide executive level program updates You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders across a variety of functions to ensure controls and compliance with processes, while driving projects to ensure on time implementation of new processes and continual improvement of current ones. Partner with the People Rewards team to ensure proper governance and controls when launching and administrating existing sales compensation plans In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have: 5 to 8 years of work experience in Sales Operations functions A track record of launching and managing sales compensation plans, sales operations, finance or a related field. Experience running other incentive initiatives such as a SPIFF Solid analytical abilities ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data required to help inform decisions. Experience in analyzing complex business problems and metrics Consultative Change Management when rolling out new or improving current sales compensation plans. Able to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders Ability to lead and develop team members to drive results through people. Ability to use internal tools and industry tools to manage projects and communication effectively. Experience in strategic planning and strong business acumen, project management skills and the ability to lead multiple high-profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously. Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills that can be applied across organizational levels, countries and cultures. Experience working in Southeast Asia is a big plus. Proactive, resourceful and open-minded, with superior analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, enjoy taking up challenges and developing creative solutions working comfortably in the face of ambiguity and a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with senior, cross-functional and cross-vertical stakeholders throughout the company through exceptional relationship and consensus-building skills.
