• To formulate and implement plans for the development of the key account their individual store formats/channels.
• Lead negotiation with the key account on trading terms, promotional matters and distribution centre.
• Accountable for full P&L management of the key account.
• Accountable for developing and implementing a shared 3 years growth vision.
• Responsible and accountable for all planning & operational matters such as order facilitation, on-shelf availability, inventory management, in-store merchandising and sales target of all designated key accounts.
• Ensure execution and implementation of Key Accounts planned promotion activities.
• Responsible and accountable for the success and failure of the designated key account (expectations).
• Ensure a cordial and profitable working relationship with key account on mutually agreed terms.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and implement category and space management projects. About you \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a recognized diploma/ degree or equivalent preferably in sales & marketing, management or related discipline.

• Over 3-5 years in key account management experience in a fast moving consumer goods environment. Ideally with line management or cross functional team management experience.
• Committed to sustainable result achievement, Pro-activity, Determination with flexibility, Passion for excellency, Bring strategic contribution & share a vision, Cross-functional effectiveness and Develop customer relationship.
