- Act as the regional expert for the microelectronics segment, providing insights to drive growth initiatives and support the local sales team.
- Collaborate with local country organizations to review sales pipelines, offer strategic selling insights, and enhance competitive positioning.
- Engage in industry trade organizations and standards committees to stay abreast of developments.
- Work closely with Product Management to provide input on product positioning and competitive strategies.
- Develop compelling presentations and content with industry insights to support marketing efforts.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and regional sales teams on applications.
- Provide strategic inputs for the respective segment as part of the strategic planning process.
The successful candidates must have:
- Degree in Engineering or Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with the technical and commercial aspects of the job.
- Extensive knowledge of the microelectronics industry and process instrumentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Business acumen and ability to navigate through all organizational levels.
