Job description
Heading/intro:
One of the leading global FMCG players is seeking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. You\'ll have the opportunity to focus on distributor management and territorial management across assigned territory in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading all sales activities within assigned territory.
- Develop sales strategy in alignment with national direction and goal.
- Build and maintain relationship with key clients through site visits.
- Implement and monitor sales activities to ensure targets are achieved.
- Manage local and regional distributorships to monitor ongoing trade activities and sales targets are met.
- Has at least 6-8 years of experience in General Trade sales within the FMCG industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or relevant.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Passionate in sales.
