Position: Regional Sales Director Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: - Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with the company\'s overall business objectives. - Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. 2. Team Management: - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. - Set clear goals and performance expectations, regularly reviewing and providing constructive feedback. 3. Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the company\'s client base. 4. Sales Operations: - Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. 5. Market Analysis: - Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics. - Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Qualifications: - Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the telecommunications industry. - Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment. Education and Experience: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
