Who you are

As the Regional Sales Director, APAC, you will be the mastermind behind qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. This role is tailored for a passionate and results-driven sales leader who loves a good challenge. You will craft and execute strategic plans, ensuring revenue goals are not just met but exceeded. Your ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers will be pivotal in driving Enea\'s success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new and upsell opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic regional plans aligned with Enea\'s product strategy
  • Exceed quarterly and annual quota targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical updates and responses
  • Lead negotiations with central and/or local Procurement
  • Drive lead generation and marketing activities in coordination with the Marketing Team
  • Provide valuable insights to Enea Executives, Sales Management, Marketing, and Product Management
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring post-implementation support
  • Stay ahead of the competition through regular study and evaluation, sharing insights for continuous improvement

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, business, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of direct field sales experience in telecom technology products and services
  • Thorough understanding of the telecommunications industry
  • Previous experience in core software products sales
  • Extensive network within wireless and/or broadband carriers in APAC
  • Familiarity with software licensing
Travel and Location:
  • Willingness to travel internationally (50%+)
