*There are 16 employees in Singapore, 4 in Malaysia, 6 in India, 19 in Vietnam.

Regional Sales Engineer


- Overseeing local and regional sales.
- Calculate cost, prepare quotation, follow up order from client.
- Build a close relationship with existing client.
- Survey market and establish new client.
- Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
- Collaborates with top management to develop sales forecast and strategies.
- Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
- Bridging information from client to engineering/design team.
- Attend to client\xe2\x80\x99s acceptance test at our factory & client\xe2\x80\x99s site.
- Communicate & report to Singapore head office

*80% is Japanese customer so this position needs to speak in Japanese.
*This position needs to travel to Penang/Ipoh/Bangi once in a month or 2 months for 3 days - 7 days
*In the future, this position might have business trip to Indonesia/Singapore/Vietnam/Philippines once in a month or 2 months.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
\xe2\x96\xa0MUST TO HAVE:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in engineering, marketing/business, or related field
- Min 2-3 years experience in Sales of Factory Automation/Machinery/Engineering
- Fluent in Japanese (N2 and/or equivalent)
- Possess driving license/own car and willing to travel to different state in Malaysia
- Proficient with PowerPoint & Excel
