Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be reporting to the Sales Director and is responsible to manage the P&L & Sales Target for the entire East Coast region (Pahang, Kelantan & Terengganu) & expanding their business footprint.The Regional Sales Manager will be reporting to the Sales Director and is responsible to manage the P&L & Sales Target for the entire East Coast region (Pahang, Kelantan & Terengganu) & expanding their business footprint. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:

• Lead the development and execution of business strategies to increase market presence in the region, focusing on business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Oversee sales, retail, and operations across the region, ensuring monthly, quarterly & annual targets are met and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (local government & regulatory bodies)
• Drive & improve sales performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and service levels
• Responsible for leading organizational efforts in implementing best practices, optimizing operational efficiencies, and developing staff capabilities through coaching and skill enhancement initiatives
• Maintain proactive engagement with local stakeholders for sustainable business growth

• Bachelor\'s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of sales experience in Services/FMCG/Retail industries
• Skilled in stakeholder management, team management & project management
• Excellent communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia), interpersonal skills & strong in strategic thinking and problem solving skills
• Prior experience in managing East Coast (Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu) would be preferred
• Flexible to be based in either Pahang/Kelantan/Terengganu
