Requirements

  • Proficient in Mandarin is preferred (communicate effectively with customers in a timely manner).
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably for kitchen cabinets and wardrobe related.

  • Sales & Regional Strategic Growth - Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and competitive positioning within a given region.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management - Lead, coach and develop high-performing sales teams, set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure continued professional growth.
  • Financial & Operational Oversight - Manage regional sales budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost control to ensure profitability and efficiency across all business operations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals and enhance the customer experience.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting - Establish and track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior warehousing for continuous improvement.
