As part of the Corproate Affairs and Communications team, the Regional Senior Executive, Corporate Communications will provide assistance across the full spectrum of Ninja Van\xe2\x80\x99s corporate communications functions and will be involved in the development and implementation of plans to manage and enhance Ninja Van\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as a leading tech-enabled logistics company in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• • Providing support in the development and execution of strategic internal and external communications plans and activities
  • Crafting content, developing collaterals, and managing communications channels
  • Managing media requests and speaking engagements on behalf of Ninja Van spokespeople
  • Assisting with reputation management, to promote and protect the Ninja Van brand
  • Tracking the effectiveness of various communication initiatives and performing simple data analysis
  • Establish and maintain positive, effective and proactive relationships with regional and country stakeholders

Requirements

• • 2-4 years of relevant working experience in communications or journalism.
  • Degree or diploma in communications/journalism or related field.
  • Strong command of the English language (spoken and written) is essential. Fluency in a second Southeast Asian language would advantageous.
  • Creative and resourceful team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable managing changing priorities in a demanding fast-paced environment
  • Adept at project management, able to multi-task and work to set deadlines
  • Able to work independently
