Job Description


Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited recruitment, performance review, HR operation and administration, employee engagement, training and development

  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Works closely with key stakeholders to drive talent management and talent needs locally to meet business requirements
  • Implements and standardizes the needed employee life cycle organizational processes and policies
  • Oversees and manages the end-to-end HR operations and business partner functions
  • Supports the Management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and recommendations; analyzing information and applications.
  • Guides the Management and employees by researching, developing, writing, and updating the relevant HR policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing the organization\'s core values.
  • Partners with stakeholders to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the Key Talent Management HR team to drive our Talent Management Initiatives such as talent pipelining, talent reviews, succession planning, talent development, etc across the Organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers and heads of divisions and departments to identify business needs and to translate them into a strategic manpower plan and talent acquisition strategy.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • With a minimum of 12 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management exposure working within a Financial Services organization.
  • Relevant working experiences in HR with regional HR working experiences across SEA.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different people from different countries and backgrounds
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin/Chinese is preferred.
