Our Regional Senior Marketing Executive - Developer Marketing for PropertyGuru Group is responsible for: The performance of B2B business by supporting our Product Marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth. Work with the core regional team to streamline marketing campaign execution and reduce time-to-market. Assist in developing various B2B marketing materials that deliver strong value proposition to sales and clients. Exposure to the local countries\' marketing team within Southeast Asia and provide necessary marketing support. This position requires commercial acumen and a creative mindset that combines the aspect of data-driven marketing, appreciation of customer insights and property market knowledge, strong project management capabilities, and a collaborative spirit that drives business impact. The successful candidate will be highly results driven, innovative and passionate about the property technology industry. Reporting to the Head of Developer Marketing, this role is based in Malaysia office located in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities: Core Competencies Collaborate with the marketing team to execute various marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, events, and others. Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and pricing teams to understand user demands, identity ways that innovate business models and/or pricing changes to drive incremental revenue and at the same time to help unmet customer needs. Tasked with the execution of content, insights, and sales presentation deck that highlight both brands market position, product offering and value to property developers and relating B2B clients. Support the building of productive relationships with industry associations regionally as an avenue to support branding, customer acquisition and retention objectives. Functional Management Assist in maintaining marketing databases, including customer information, leads, and campaign data. Ensure data accuracy and update records regularly. Assist in coordinating with external vendors and service providers for marketing initiatives. Collaborate within the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and collaborate with different teams within the organisation, such as sales, design and product, marketing to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. Assist in scheduling and monitoring campaign activities across various channels. Gather and organise marketing data to create basic report on campaign performance, audience engagement, and other relevant metrics according to Developer Marketing initiatives. Assist in organising and managing marketing content, such as images, videos, and written materials, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team via our internal portals. Support the distribution of marketing materials to internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, partners, and customers. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate as needed. Ability to identify inefficiencies in marketing workflows and processes and propose improvements/rectification. Resourceful and adept at solving challenges that arise during marketing campaigns and operations. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices in marketing operations to suggest innovative strategies. Reporting and Presentation Help gather and organise marketing data to create basic reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and other relevant metrics. Utilise visual aids that are relevant, in the form of charts, graphs, and infographics, to enhance understanding and retention of key information. Able to present marketing data and insights in a clear, concise, and engaging manner when communicating with stakeholders. Utilise data to support justification, showcase campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations. Prepare weekly / and monthly reports on campaign performance. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Quarterly business sales and revenue target achievement Based on the company\'s marketing objectives and strategies. Requirements: Min. 2 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or product management in media & technology. An understanding of the property industry experience is preferred, but not required. Possessing BA or BS degree in marketing, business or equivalent. Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast paced and shifting environment. Being adaptable to new technologies, industry trends, and customer preferences is important for staying relevant and competitive. Strong business acumen, with ability to draw clear connections between data to challenges and opportunities. Basic to intermediate knowledge for Microsoft suites, particularly on PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, including the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders. Have experience working alongside marketing, sales, and Product teams, in a B2B context, with a proven track record in driving business results through marketing (leads and sales revenue generation preferred). Strong background in marketing communications and project management.
