About The Loud Clan The Loud Clan is a boutique marketing agency with a niche in the financial space. Together, our voices and individual strengths turn everyday conversations into successful marketing initiatives. Role and Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channel. Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics. Use various marketing channels like Social Media, emails, paid media, PR, KOLs SEO to drive success of campaigns. Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results. Working with head of departments to turning the strategist\'s vision into reality. Continuously track status on all processes, deliverables, deadlines, results from planning phase until post-mortem. Manage & coordinate complex marketing campaigns with multiple involved internal and external stakeholders and dependencies and distribution through multiple channels. Create and manage calendars for projects and campaigns. Develop best practice campaign workflows. Qualifications and Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent. Required language: English, Mandarin (added advantage) At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns including optimization and reporting. Experience in social media marketing, ROI calculations, product lifecycle, marketing strategy, product promotion, go-to-market plans, and value propositions. Possesses exceptional organizational skills, adept at multitasking, and exhibits meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrates excellence in stakeholder management, both internally and externally, and project management skills. Displays resilience in the face of change and demonstrates a proactive eagerness to acquire new skills. Previous experience in the financial industry is considered advantageous. Proactively takes initiatives and assumes ownership of projects.
