- To develop & implement effective marketing plans & promotions to support the business unit.
- To plan and execute creative and compelling campaigns to drive in-store traffic and achieve marketing targets.
- To conceptualize, develop, manage, and coordinate all marketing activities including promotion, new event launch, advertising, branding, and all marketing-related activities.
- To ensure all marketing communications, including collateral produced to consumers is in line with the approved branding guidelines.
- To plan and study to assess market conditions and evaluated results to enhance marketing campaigns.
- To work on budget and utilize cost management processes to control key areas of budget & expenditure.
- To support digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and 3rd party platforms.
- To conduct a study on customer satisfaction level, feedback, and response to from social media platforms e.g. Facebook.
- To conduct a market survey on competitors\xe2\x80\x99 pricing on a regular basis.
- To conduct competitive analysis and gather marketing intelligence of surrounding development to plan a strategy that can improve sales and increase brand awareness.
- To identify competitors\xe2\x80\x99 strength & weakness and market trends.
- To respond to clients\xe2\x80\x99 complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Being Familiar with the beauty or retail industry is added advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably senior marketing executive in the beauty or retail industry or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess good interpersonal, and effective communications skills, be organized & well-structured, and have computer literacy.
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Required language: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Kota Kemuning: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
