The role will be responsible for: Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars. Collaborating with sales teams as well as interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity Ensuring that the team fully understands the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility. Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor\'s from an accredited uni or college Have 10 yr significant Oil & Gas experience with proven experience in Drilling Services Have excellent leadership, influential interpersonal and planning skills Have the ability to effectively influence and establish credibility with senior leaders Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
