Job Description

As the Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of high calibre Service Engineers to transform the department into a long-term sustainable business. You will be the subject matter expert to train and provide consultation to both internal and external stakeholders. Not only that, you will map out the regional and local repair trainings and execute the plan as a trainer.

• Manage, train and groom respective team members to become the subject matter expert of service engineering for medical devices with a concrete skill development plan
• Plan and execute periodical medical device service training for internal stakeholders and distributors
• Develop and have up-to-date detailed SOPs with strong adherence to them
• To be hands-on to backup all team members in case of emergency
• Handle and provide strategic solutions to post-sales complaints and inquiries
• Work closely with sales team to ensure company\'s product-wise yearly sales and growth targets are achieved
• Up-to-date on company\'s and competitor\'s product developments and expertise in the market
• Travelling throughout Malaysia and occasionally other countries

Regional exposure with people management responsibilities |Highly independent working environment with vast opportunities for growth

• Bachelor\'s degree in electrical/biomedical engineering or a related discipline
• An established candidate with a minimum of 10 year\'s experience in clinical application or product marketing role for medical equipment
• Team management experience would be an advantage
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Outstanding ability to develop actionable solutions and recommend strategies
