FUNCTION : Business Process Excellence

LOCATION : Southgate Commercial Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

REPORTS to : Regional Lead, Business Process Excellence

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a Regional Specialist, Business Process Excellence to join our regional team at Central operations in KL, Malaysia.

In this role, you will be responsible to analyze and improve our as-is processes in our regional setup involving various stakeholders from Operations, Product, and Strategy. You are expected to secure their alignment and drive actions based on data-driven recommendations.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative deep-dives on key processes across various verticals (Restaurants, Darkstores, Shops and
more) to identify actionable insights.
  • Ownership of Key Metrics and focus on operational / process KPI improvement.
  • Confidently facilitating and leading calibration sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring process adherence & effectiveness through data driven analysis alongside presenting improvement measures.
  • Design and deploy Process Improvement framework by gathering requirements from stakeholders.
  • Drive Top-down opportunity identification workshops and bottom-up ideation initiatives for creation of high impact pipeline
of process improvement opportunities.
  • Correlating with cross-functional stakeholders to suggest data driven improvements and drive changes.
  • Mentor/Lead Process Improvement projects to enable the operations resources to implement improvement through
structured approach.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in engineering/management MBA preferred.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong bias to get to the root cause of a problem and find actionable insights through existing ambiguity.
\xe2\x97\x8f Structured in thinking and values sanctity of timelines.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience of successfully handling complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
\xe2\x97\x8f Capable of identifying gaps and executing initiatives with minimum support.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong excel and data analysis skills, along with proven problem solving and analytical capabilities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of Process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma etc.) and Project management (Agile, PMP etc.) is a plus.
\xe2\x97\x8f Worked on Customer experience journey improvement in the past.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work flexible hours if necessary.
\xe2\x97\x8f Expected to lead by example
