Job Description


As the Supply Chain Finance Business Partner for the SEA & Taiwan (SEAT) cluster, you will use your finance expertise to build partnerships with the business, and help drive the strategic business plan, supporting strategy and decision making with critical financial insights. You will be responsible for planning, forecasting and monthly actuals reporting, validating Opex, PPV delivery and monitoring 3rd party CMO spends covering multiple CMOs with an annual spend of \xc2\xa365m. This role provides YOU with the opportunity to lead key activities that will progress YOUR career, the responsibilities include some of the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Be a key business partner to the SEAT CMO Director and team, in analysing make vs. buy decisions, network strategy changes, benchmarking CMOs, reviewing contracts, and supplier finance evaluation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support SEAT\xe2\x80\x99s 9 pillar of savings agenda by partnering with supply chain and the commercial business to identify cost savings through Value Engineering, source/network changing, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Partnering with the CMO organization in the analysis and identification of risks and opportunities, ensuring a robust process is maintained for evaluation of suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 financial stability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with Procurement teams in reviewing PPV monthly and consolidate PPV forecast each month by combining various data sources to arrive at a CMF to form part of the month savings review process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Benchmarking SKUs across CMOs to identify potential cost efficiencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting the CMO team in various activities including network strategy projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing proposed contracts with 3rd parties for financial parameters such as price, termination & amortization clauses. Ensure that contracts meet the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) with reference to leases and fixed assets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Own the monthly actual reporting, forecasts and yearly Plan for the CMO organisation and SEAT PPV to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity, including preparation of review documents for Senior CMO Leadership meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring PPV monthly including review of reports from Consumer Trading Services (CTS) and Nyon trading partners and collecting PPV from local markets \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsibility for systems maintenance including, SIERA, ICT and Bison uploads during standard setting, forecasting and planning processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing analytical support to the SEAT SC Finance Director during standard setting, forecasting and planning processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Owns the process of data consolidation and verification during the annual standard setting process as well as all data upload to ICT/ Nyon/ CTS systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the process of resolving supplier payment issues by working with suppliers and Haleon accounts payable team to resolve payment and invoicing issues and ensure best practice is followed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the preparation of forecast, plan and standard setting presentations to update stakeholder working in the Area Commercial Teams, Regional Supply Chain as well as the regional CMO leadership. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree and/or professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA). \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure and experience working in a finance function, including providing financial partnership to a business area or team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to display key attributes of successful finance partnering including: - Influencing key stakeholders - Overall Business and technical finance knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to provide effective financial management for a complex organization using technical expertise and analytical skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated financial knowledge and experience including analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning and decision making. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of financial systems and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Operating at pace and agile decision-making \xe2\x80\x93 using evidence and applying judgement to balance pace, rigour and risk. \xe2\x80\xa2 Committed to delivering high quality results, overcoming challenges, focusing on what matters, execution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuously looking for opportunities to learn, build skills and share learning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sustaining energy and well-being. \xe2\x80\xa2 Building strong relationships and collaboration, honest and open conversations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Budgeting and cost-consciousness.
