Junior Regional Supply Planner Your future position?

You will perform Perform Supply Planning processes in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined standard operating procedures and maintain an overview of overall Supply Planning team activities. Contribute to the achievement of Supply Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
Act as secondary contact for Site Planning teams and GBS Supply Chain functions

Main responsibilities:

• Actively works to continuously improve processes
• Provide professional support for colleagues, with high focus on repetitive Planning activities in the Supply Planning team
• Builds constructive and effective relationships and communicates effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders:

• with Regional Supply Planning to report KPIs
• with Site RM Planning to review and potentially validate planning parameters and supply pattern changes
• with Demand Planning to validate demand changes and follow up potential supply constraints
• with RM R&F and Content Management to ensure lead time consistency

• Day to day operations in the Supply Planning area:
• Create analysis to seek for service improvement and cost optimization
• Collect and analyse team KPIs
• Manage site\'s basic Supply Planning processes and operational request:
• Review planning parameters

• Manage lead time data
• Follow up demand changes from a Supply perspective
• Inventory focus: optimize inbound supply patterns, follow up order sizes and arrange stock redistribution
• Adherence to service levels, policies and procedures

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor\'s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing or Raw Material Planning area
• Experience with SAP PP/MM modules is an advantage
• Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
• Strong numeracy and administration skills
• Experience in a shared service center is an advantage
• Committed to develop him/ herself
• Work alone comfortably
