As we expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our team as ERP Application Support Consultants in Puchong and for SAP B1 support in Bangsar South, KL. Job Summary: As an ERP Application Support Consultant at Aspert, you will be responsible for providing application support and assistance to users/clients who utilize the MNC ERP system (for Puchong role) or SAP Business One (SAP B1) solutions (for KL role). Your primary focus will be on addressing user/client inquiries, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring smooth and efficient system usage. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the ERP domain. You will also utilize a support incident portal to monitor and manage all user and customer reported issues, while maintaining proper documentation. Additionally, you will analyze, customize, and develop query reports as part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Provide application support to clients using the respective ERP system (MNC ERP) or SAP B1 via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues related to the ERP application in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize a support incident portal to monitor and manage all user and customer reported issues.
• Troubleshoot application problems and provide appropriate solutions or workarounds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to escalate and resolve complex application issues.
• Conduct application trainings for new and existing clients to ensure proper usage and adoption of the ERP solutions.
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support incident portal.
• Assist in the testing and deployment of software updates, patches, and enhancements specific to the ERP system.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall client experience with the ERP application.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client requirements and feedback.

Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proven experience in an application support or similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the respective ERP system (BPCS ERP or SAP B1) or a willingness to learn and develop expertise in the specific ERP solution.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining proper documentation.
• Proficiency in query development and customization is a plus.
