You will also be responsible for developing career plans, individual development planning tools and resources, as well as succession planning initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you should possess extensive experience in leadership and talent development within multinational organisations. Additionally, exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners are crucial for success.
