Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Staff Nurse with 2-3 years of clinical experience to join our healthcare team in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support physicians in medical procedures, and ensure the comfort and safety of patients across all stages of care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional and effective nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and procedures. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Assist in medical procedures and emergencies when required. Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed. Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families. Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and other nurses to provide holistic care. Participate in continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM) and holds a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC). 2-3 years of nursing experience (hospital or clinical setting preferred). Good knowledge of clinical procedures, infection control, and patient care standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Compassionate, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
