Job Overview:

We are looking for a

qualified and compassionate Registered Staff Nurse (RN)

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is responsible, patient-centered, and capable of delivering high-quality nursing care in a clinical setting. This role involves both

clinical and administrative duties

to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with clinic policies and medical guidelines. Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical findings. Assist doctors during consultations, minor procedures, and treatments. Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as prescribed. Educate patients and families on health management, medication usage, and aftercare. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records. Handle medical equipment and ensure its proper use and maintenance. Manage inventory and prepare medical supplies as needed. Participate in infection control and safety protocols. Support in emergency situations and ensure proper triage and response.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the

Malaysia Nursing Board (Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia)

. Valid

Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)

. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (Fresh graduates may also apply depending on clinic requirements). Basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work on shift rotation, weekends, and public holidays if required. Team player, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
