Manage with outbound call and email with client.
Manage and execute detailed background investigations for job candidates, covering criminal history, employment history, and educational credentials to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
Assist clients with the background check and other processes to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
Address and solve any questions or issues clients may have regarding background checks and related services, providing clear and effective solutions.
Ensure that all background check and verification records are meticulously maintained and secure, in compliance with privacy laws and company policies.

Salary Package: RM2800 + KPI ALLOWANCES UP TO RM300
