- Possess at least a SPM and above. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Fluent in speaking and write in Traditional Mandarin is a must and proficient in speaking and writing English will be an advantage. Cantonese is preferred
- Available to work Monday till Friday (9 Hour including 1 Hour break) between 9am till 6pm & 10 am till 7pm.
- 5 working days and 2 off days.
- Passionate on customer experience related tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- You are required to work on site at Ara Damansara Office
- Available to start work on 11 September 2024
- Manage with outbound call and email with client.
- Manage and execute detailed background investigations for job candidates, covering criminal history, employment history, and educational credentials to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
- Assist clients with the background check and other processes to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Address and solve any questions or issues clients may have regarding background checks and related services, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Ensure that all background check and verification records are meticulously maintained and secure, in compliance with privacy laws and company policies.
- Salary Package: RM2800 + KPI ALLOWANCES UP TO RM300
- EPF + SOCSO IS PROVIDED
- 14 MEDICAL LEAVE & 12 ANNUAL LEAVE IS PROVIDED
- Regular working hours
- 1 month paid training is provided.
