Requirements

• Possess at least a qualification of SPM and above. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Proficient in English and Traditional Mandarin (read, speak, type). Cantonese is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work based in office at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
• Able to join on the following date: 27 November 2023

• Verify educational, employment, credit and criminal record of candidates in their dedicated countries for our clients
• Make outbound calls, emails to conduct reference check to verify details accordingly.
• Handling all inbound calls, email and live chat regarding to background verification general inquiries.
• To exceed clients expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

• Salary package: RM 2800 + up to RM 200 KPI Allowance + OT claims
• Normal Working Hours: 9am to 6pm , Monday - Friday
