Requirements
- SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Proficient in English and BM (Speak, Read, Type)
- Regular working shifts with 5 working days (Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm)
- Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor
- Able to start working on 29 March 2023
- Ability to handle all inbound and outbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
- Willing to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill and positive attitude.
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 2,000 basic + Up to RM 4,800 Comm (Subject to performance)
- Annual leaves + Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
- Career advancement (internal promotion)
- 1-2 weeks training provided
- Facilities: Pool, Gym, Rest & Relax zone and Cafeteria
- Closed to Ara Damansara LRT , Subang Jaya Komuter
