Requirements

• SPM qualification or fresh graduates
• Proficient in these 3 languages: Mandarin, English and BM (Speak, Read & Type)
• Regular working shifts with 5 normal working days (Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm), 9 hrs shift with 1 hour break
• Have no issue to based at Ara Damansara Office, PJ (Selangor)
• Able to start working on 10 May 2023

• Ability to handle all outbound calls by introducing packages to customers.
• Willing to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill and positive attitude.
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

• Monthly Salary: RM 2,000 basic + RM 300 Language Allowance + Up to RM 4,800 Comm (Subject to performance)
• Annual leaves + Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO

• 1-2 weeks training provided
