Requirements

• Welcome all at least SPM qualification or fresh graduates
• Proficient in these 3 languages: Mandarin, English and BM (Speak, Read & Type)
• Regular Rotational shift with 5 rotational working days (8am-9pm, 9 hrs per shift with 1 HR break time)
• Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor
• Able to start working on 10 May 2023

• Ability to handle all inbound and outbound calls from customers in regarding to flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns or general inquiries about flights
• Willing to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI

• Monthly Salary: RM 3,000 basic + Up to RM 200 KPI + Up to RM 300 Night Shift + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour)
• Annual leaves + Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
• Career advancement (internal promotion)
• 1 month paid training provided
• Closed to Ara Damansara LRT / Subang Jaya Komuter
