Requirements

• Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates (SPM: min 3 years of customer service experiences; Diploma: min 1 year of customer service experience; Degree/above: 0 experience )**
• High proficiency in Traditional Mandarin and English (Read, Speak, Type)
• Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
• Have no issue to based at Kuala Lumpur Office, Malaysia
• Able to start working on 29 March 2023

• Handle all livechat, email and outbound calls in regarding to customers\' inquiries, issues or problems (page / posting / account login)
• Passionate and ability to use positive language in handling customers\' issues and complaints whenever necessary.
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

• Monthly Salary: RM 3,000 basic (min)+ RM 500 Fixed Complexity Allowance + KPI Allowance + Night Shift Allowance
• EPF + SOCSO + Annual leaves + Medical leaves
