What You Will Achieve Ensures Compliance Ensures all products meet corporate and local regulatory requirements while ensuring time notification of renewal of current lineup and all new launches with relevant health authorities. Relationship Building Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the health authorities and related government agencies whilst interacting with Regional and Global Regulatory Affairs personnel in relation to regulatory compliance activities and documentation. Latest Regulations Affecting The Cosmetic Industry Participate in relevant workshops and/or seminars organized by cosmetic industry associations and/or health authority Coordinating With Relevant Parties Help and coordinate with local Legal Counsel, local Brand and Regional Security in the counterfeit raid process (product verification and report submission to MDTCC). To compile necessary information for the issuance of Cease and Desist letter to un-authorized website infringer that sells our product. Qualifications What You Will Need Bachelor\'s Degree in Science or related discipline At least 2-3 years related experiences, preferably in Cosmetics/ FMCG/ Foods industry.
