Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Preferred Relationship Manager at CIMB located in Perai. The Preferred Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of preferred banking customers, providing personalized financial advice, identifying suitable banking products and services, and building strong relationships with customers. The Preferred Relationship Manager will also proactively acquire new customers and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent sales and relationship management skills Strong understanding of financial products and services Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a strong service mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or related field Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred Professional certification in banking or financial planning is a plus
