Work Life: Execute ready for business (RFB) process prior to RFS Build rapport and maintain relationship with building managers both residential & commercial Single point of contact/bridge between building managers and Direct/Consumer/SME Sales Heads & CMs First touch point for BM complimentary Wifi + awareness on marketing and branding (GTM). NEW - WiFi renewal + awareness on marketing and branding Post RFS complaint / solution interface from building managers - sales, dealers, branding related Platform between BM and Dealers to carry out roadshows event Post RFS (existing building) - Business Intelligent for FTTH info gathers from the building managers & to discuss with marketing for the right promo offer for the building Other Branding requirement - Pre VP event arrangement Platform for BM to request for support such modification (transfer ownership, existing WiFi verification etc) Custodian for Retail Department's BM promoter score for service management Requirements: Possess strong interpersonal, consultative, negotiation & facilitation skills. At least 2-3 years' of working experience in telecommunication or related industry Highly motivated, committed and ability to work in a team. Experience in a business development role or similar capacity. Degree in Business and Commerce or any other equivalent discipline. .Only shortlisted candidates will be shortlisted.
