We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Relationship Manager Support - Corporate Real Estate Principal Responsibilities: To manage the support team and provide a full range support duty to the team or business, including operational and customer service as required, ensuring deadlines are met.The role holder is expected to ensure their team provides a high quality service to their internal and external customers, taking ownership and using their initiative to complete necessary tasks. Provide full operational support to the team, as required, anticipating workload and supporting with appropriate materials Responsible for qualitative and quantitative analysis, and preparation of credit proposals in partnership with Relationship Managers. Primary focus is to supportthe Corporate Real Estate teamwith a quality and efficient platform to grow its business and mitigate credit risks Scope will include coverage across Corporate Real Estatedevelopers/operators. Product range will include traditional development financing, investment property financing, non-traditional transaction financing, trade products, derivatives, acquisition financing and others Provide an interactive interface withWholesale Credit Risk to facilitate faster turnaround in the processing and approval of credit proposals Ensure good quality credit and timely submissions of reviews with wholesome analysis and understanding, and taking pre-emptive measures responding to the latest developments surrounding the real estate sector Nurture capability to handle complex credit with the support from Relationship Managers and via researched risk mitigations Ad hoc duties as required from time to time, these include accurate maintenance of customer information, including completing of KYC requirements Lead, motivate and inspire the team to achieve the Group strategy and business objectives Requirements Requirements: Minimum 5 years\' credit and lending experience, with exposure in corporate real estate finance and sound understanding of corporate banking products. Fundamental financial knowledge and project modelling skills are a must In-depth analytical skills with a strong focus on credit quality Attention to detail and the ability to work independently, autonomously and prioritise workload effectively Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Good, flexible, proactive and enthusiastic team player Excellent planning and organisational skills with experience of working under pressure Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation needed will be prioritised.
