Job Overview
We are seeking a Payment Investigation Analyst to support payment investigations and client inquiries within the Payment Operations team. The role involves handling investigation cases, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring service levels are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via email and/or SWIFT
Investigate payment-related issues such as non-receipt of funds, amendments, cancellations, exceptions, and inquiries
Monitor, track, and resolve investigation cases with high accuracy and minimal supervision
Ensure completion of processes in alignment with Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
Manage customer and internal stakeholder queries, feedback, and complaints promptly
Monitor system availability and escalate issues to ensure payment service continuity
Participate in UAT and project-related activities when required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably with remittance exposure
Strong risk awareness and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Strong time management and task prioritization skills
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Education
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
