Job Summary Looking for candidates with high level of English with Cantonese language proficiency. Candidates joining on 12th June will be entitled to get RM 5000 as a signing bonus !!! Responsibilities

• Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax and grammar for both English and Cantonese / Mandarin.
• Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous and
• sight translation modes.
• Perform other task as assigned Customer Support (English & Mandarin/Cantonese).

Requirements:

• Within the age group of 18 \xe2\x80\x93 60 years old (Freshers & retirees are most welcomed too).
• Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields is an addedadvantage but not necessary.
• Possess good telephone etiquette with a pleasant voice.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively & social media savvy.
• Candidate needs to be able to work in Rotational Shift, 80% of the roster is on Night Shift supporting the USmarket
• High Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese + English (verbal, written & comprehension skills)
